I love listening to music like Mario , but I hate when the music stops and the app crashes every time I play music at night
For the game music heads!
While it’s still filling out its catalogue, the app has tons of great music from Nintendo titles across the years! From chiptunes to full Orchestras, I can’t put it down!
Almost there
The app is certainly in its infancy. I would love to see more music added. There’s a large amount of very popular OSTs still missing.
I’d also love to see a Sonos compatibility added for actually playing in the background.

Nintendo thank you so much for making this app! I find every single track to be amazing! I only wish that you guys added echoes of wisdom then it would be a easy 5 stars.

ok now its rant time baby!!!!
its fine. it serves its purpose and is convenient for listening while in the car or on a walk or something. overall though, i think there are a few big flaws that need to be addressed before this can be a real viable method of listening to these soundtracks.
for one, its kinda lame that you need a nintendo online account, especially since it has nothing to do with online gaming, it feels like they are trying to use nintendo online as a generic "premium" subscription. lots of other big gaming companies such as square enix are perfectly happy putting their music on streaming, calm down with the exclusivity a little.
for two (is that an expression??), its catalog is pathetic. maybe a third of the games are there, and half of those only have a handful of tracks available. for two and a half, as well as only certain games being available, they for some reason feel the need to release tracks slowly and one at a time. there is no reason to do that, it would make sense if it was just that they had to spend a little time ripping the tracks from the game files but thats clearly not the case, since if it were they would be able to release all the tracks for a game at once, plus games even have built in music players like the new rhythm heaven, and super smash bros ultimate has a player for *all* of its characters' game soundtracks!! just use that!!!!! but no, instead they dripfeed us like five year olds with no attention span.
for three, no attribution is given to the composers and players who actually created the music. this just feels like a weird and slightly offensive oversight on their part, we wouldn't have any of the songs available if not for, y'know, the people that made them, and especially during this present time where it feels like artists are being oppressed and ignored on all sides i think its extra important to make sure we as the consumers have the ability to appreciate the people who gave us the music to begin with.
overall i think this app is fine. it does what it sets out to do, however halfheartedly. i just dont think its the best option. you can find more complete catalogs online (internet archive is a good choice, and as i mentioned before if you have super smash bros you can just use that). someday i hope that nintendo will come back and fix its mistakes but until then thats my opinion.
also if you are still reading consider playing kid icarus uprising, its really underrated and the dialogue is hilarious, if enough people ask nicely maybe we can get another one?!?! :)

Nostalgia for my inner seven-year-old (I’m 12 btw)
I’ve always loved the music on the Nintendo games such as super Mario odyssey (especially jump up superstar which I listen to a TON) and animal crossing, but no musical adaptation by another artist ever matched the real music in the games completely. Nintendo fix that problem with Nintendo Music. I love how since my dad has a Nintendo switch online family plan that I can listen to songs on this app. Honestly Nintendo should’ve done this before. And if you’re reading this Nintendo, add lullabies of all of the songs for people like me who can’t sleep without music. Thanks so much for the app. Honestly, the jump up superstar music box version kind of made me want to cry a little bit because it reminded me of when my brother and I were younger and we would listen to Nintendo lullabies that sounded almost exactly like that song. Such a throwback to when my brother and I were younger and we would get up extra early on the weekends because it was the only time we were allowed to play the switch during the school year. Happy memories…

This Is A Good app my only Problem is that it’s Stupid you need a Online Subscription they should of made it free without the Subscription once you can’t renew your subscription or Cancel or not be subscribed the app is Rendered Useless

Amazing music, amazing interface, but lots of bugs.
This app is awesome, the music is great, the interface makes a lot of sense, and I love all that. I just wish all the tracks in T-life LTD were on there…
…Anyway, the music started buffering a lot recently, especially with my headphones on. It works fine for downloaded songs, but the others are the victims here. Wish I could give this 5 stars, but buffering music exists.
