I’ve been using the NIRA laser consistently, and I’m genuinely impressed with the results. App crashes each time you take photo
The developers need to roll out a fix asap. Every time I submit a photo in the Analyze section the app crashes. I could not find an option to clear my cache and I don’t want to lose data by deleting the app.
Gifted Myself for Mother’s Day 2026
I just completed Day #48. I am on level #2 with a plan to increase the heat every thirty days. So far so good: I found it easy to incorporate the device into my morning routine. I especially enjoy the “hot stone” massage-like feel on my skin as I pass along my target areas. I appreciate the APP and the pairing of the device with my phone. While it’s too soon to comment on results, I can state thst I am happy with my purchase.

I have an account with NIRA and I use that password and it says no account located so I create an account and I get an error so I can’t even use this app. Please fix.

Great results after Week One!
After week 1 using the NIRA PRO 3 Laser it’s wonderful! First off, they give you package inserts! How many times do you receive a package with no receipt, no instructions, nothing! To my shear delight, NIRA sent me several informational pamphlets explaining what the laser does, pics, how to use it, how to pair it to my phone for tracking purposes, etc. It was WONDERFUL and so helpful. After one week of use, I can honestly say my skin feels softer and the wrinkles are fading. I am excited to see what happens over the next two months.

Nice device pro + laser
I started using the NIRA Pro+ Laser a couple of weeks ago and have been impressed so far. The device is very user friendly and fits easily into my nightly routine. I’ve mainly focused on fine lines around my eyes and my cheeks, My skin feels noticeably softer already, and I haven’t had any sensitivity or redness. Excited to continue using it and see longer-term results.

App doesn’t work
The app doesn’t work consistently. Out of three sessions the app only logged 1, and yes the app was open and connected.

Only tracked 2/4 times that I used the system. Contacted Help- so far no response.

Wont’t Pair for Updates
Wanted to pair my Nira Pro (2nd Gen) device to receive necessary updates (similar to ZIIP.) I’ve attempted multiple times - and it flashes and goes through all of the correct steps - but it never shows up as a paired device on the app. No idea if it’s paired or not. Ended up deleting the app.
Frustrating, inconsistent logging in the app
I’ve only started using the NIRA Pro + and find that the app has a difficult time logging my actual usage. After a session, I’ll fiddle around with trying to sync the app and whatnot, then give up and turn the device off. Later on, I’ll open the app and — surprise! — it has logged that day. The next day, no log, no matter how much I try to sync it, etc.

I started with this app, and it captured usage day one… and stayed on day 1. No updates, I have an iPhone 17. Hopefully the devices work better than this app. Oh well.
Doesn’t track
I paired my device and it worked for the first 6 days… On my 10th day and it won’t pair. What’s the point?

Bought these both on a deal to tighten skin and reduce lines- have used them religiously for 9 months and now see definite improvement with my skin tighter jowls reduced and lines much reduced
