Frustrating!

I don’t know which is worse; the app itself or the complete abandonment people face when they need help. The app barely works, support is nonexistent, and complains seems to be disappear into a void. A service this important shouldn’t be this frustrating! It just doesn’t make any sense!! Nigerians deserve better!!!
