I have a fully paid Pro version on my computer yet this won’t let me access. Ugg. Why am I not surprised?

Leaking Data on Darkweb

I have used this app on android. Today I made an account on Norton, to download a new Norton Premium Antivirus. After the Install I received a notification of data leak on dark web. I checked the source where it was leaked, it was by gonitro.com which led to this application I installed once in 2021. Please refrain from using this app. I am afraid to use my real name after i learned that. I changed my email and passwords. This app developer need to put a serious thought on their cyber security.

Not giving its Pro features on iOS and iPadOS. Giving only simple feature with yearly charges which iPad default PDF app already have.

Disappointing

I have Nitro pdf pro 14 on two of my PC’s. It’s great. I accepted the free Nitro pdf Pro trial that gave me the same tools on my ipad with access to all my recent files but I could not justify the cost. This app for a more reasonable price promises the same features but utterly fails to deliver. The support link gives contact options for the various PC and Mac offerings but not for the ios product. You can combine pdf files but it is impossible to reorder them. You can only rotate or delete. The help link takes you to something called Pdf pen. There is no way of contacting support directly. I am going to have to cancel.

Crashes repeatedly on iPhone. Yes, my iOS is up to date.

It crashes when opening PDFs from websites email attachments, and attempting to save markups. It also consistently does not save documents after performing markups or trying to save a PDF. It has difficulty creating new folders to save files in. I have to make the folder using a different app and then try to save it, which also fails repeatedly.

GARBAGE! SAVE YOUR MONEY

This app is useless. The editor app that comes with iphone works better than this. You cant even rotate pages. Save your money.

Needs keyboard support

Even just a Cmd + F for search would be huge. If you do add Cmd + F, please allow Esc to cancel the search.

iPad V14 is worse

I can’t markup/draw on a pdf that has editing disabled but markups enabled on the v14 version. Tried going to the website, community forum, submitting an issue, to no avail. Frustrated that there is no phone or live chat for customer support on technical issues.

I cannot see any way to rotate a pdf received in landscape view. The help pages do not apply to iPad. I will not keep my trial subscription unless it allows me to edit PDFs. That was how is billed. I have PDF Pen on my Mac and it very good.

Won’t start without full purchase.

On startup the only option is to pay in full or shut it down. Also, the list of features given on the Purchase screen lack several key capabilities advertised. None of the comments listed are positive.

I was a paid user of PDFpen Pro for 8 years, but going to pass on this one.

Not working in IOS 17 pre release

Works as expected on IOS 15.7.7 on iPad Air 2, but fails to open files for viewing or editing on IOS 17 pre release on iPad Pro 10.5.

A major let down, don’t waste your money.

I bought this thinking it would at least have the same basic functions as the windows app. It doesn’t. I can’t even create a table of contents from within the app (the main reason I bought this) or a basic fillable form. There is no support for this app to be found and the User Guide requires an internet connection. Skip this one, it’s not worth the hassle and is a major disappointment. I wish I could get my money back.

Program freezes up, fails to save after deleting pages in PDF

To whom it may concern,
After trying to edit a PDF recently, the simple task of deleting two pages in an existing PDF document, caused the program to crash or I would received a “save failure” error message, if I did manage to get it the delete the pages.

Additionally, when trying to share a document to another folder on the iOS device I would receive a “save error” message.

I finally had to come up with some other workarounds using other programs to simply finish the task of the deleting two to page within a PDF. I purchased this program shortly after your company acquired pdf pen.

Overall the program’s interface when it does work and is not freezing up is cumbersome and not very intuitive to use.
