App crashes and won’t load. Absolutely useless. I’ve deleted and reinstalled it works for a day or so, then crashes.
App doesn’t open
App continuously doesn’t open. Have to delete app and reinstall. Opens and works correctly first time then doesn’t open again. Both on iPhone and iPad.

Motion detection
Doesn’t detect anything, when cars pull up into our driveway the camera doesn’t sense them. Not even people who walk on our property. Right now I can’t even go on the app because it keeps kicking me off! I try to look at previous recordings and it says that it didn’t save.. the only thing it captures are ghost apparently. The wake up time is annoying, like just take that away . Literally just get a cheaper camera and you’ll get better quality.. I need my money back. Like it pisses me off so bad because it never captures the cars/people on our property! Might as well not even have a camera! It’s a decoration.

Very poor app
The app needs to be frequently deleted and re installed to function. It calls some doggy websites as well.

Slow response time and the app keeps crashing so now I can’t even check the cameras. And when the trial period ends they hit you with the subscription fee.

The app is terrible. It crashes on opening and constantly asks for login.
Slow response to motion detection
I manage security at a large industrial site. I purchased this camera for its high rating but it’s not all it’s advertised. The lens clarity is great and the app is relatively easy to figure out, but the camera misses recording incidents that others witness live.
The app is not working after the update.
