Best diamond marketplace platform out there. Besides the great user experience, the customer service is incredible!
The worst app I’ve ever used and they’ve eliminated the safari option
“Use the app because it’s better than web browser on mobile” ok well the app crashes every 5 seconds. It erased my cart and favorites. I can’t do anything on this stupid app. When I’m on the go and not near my laptop it’d be nice to work on my phone but the only option is a crapshoot app
Just awful
Anytime you need to chat the app closes the chat and cannot be recovered. The search does not stay within the search parameters for gemstones and diamonds. The payment system does not work well and constantly fails.
App is Glitchy
Cannot pay an invoice through the app’s proceed to payment button.
annoying
they are forcing me to download their app! I can’t use their website on Safari mobile. I could not care less if the app is better- i don’t like apps that would just use my phone’s memories. A bunch of pricks for removing our choices!
