Just awful
Anytime you need to chat the app closes the chat and cannot be recovered. The search does not stay within the search parameters for gemstones and diamonds. The payment system does not work well and constantly fails.
App is Glitchy
Cannot pay an invoice through the app’s proceed to payment button.
annoying
they are forcing me to download their app! I can’t use their website on Safari mobile. I could not care less if the app is better- i don’t like apps that would just use my phone’s memories. A bunch of pricks for removing our choices!

Service and business is good. Bu the App is very glitchy logs out randomly freeze alot my saves get unsaved for no reason etc

Amazing technology and service
Easiest to use diamond trading platform on the market. Really intuitive filters and features. Like RapNet but you can add to cart and Nivoda delivers to you. Way cheaper with these guys to source stones. Customer service has been lovely as well. It’s like Amazon for diamonds basically..
