Unable to access account

It has been more than a week since the app is not opening (unable to log in) with no clear justification from the support team, as well as no timeline on a fix. As an investor, this is completely unacceptable, and contemplating what are the next steps I can take.

Feels like a scam

Cant change SIP cant even login now. I feel like its going bankrupt and there tech team is the reason. I want to move all investment to something else but there is no option

This app is not working on iPhone 14 Pro

I am using Niyo Money app since 2019

and suddenly it stopped working from last couple of days I am unable to log in with my registered email id and mobile number in Niyo Money app… I am getting error like “cancelled “
