I have reached the Elite level in their loyalty program and as it turns out there are ZERO PERKS with it. I honestly asked my “VIP HOST” (which I have no Idea why they have them as there is no perks or privileges they can offer) and he honestly told me it didn’t come with anything new except that you earn points toward free play 5% quicker. Stealing from bank account
When I make a deposit as say of $20 they will take double of what I put in for deposit This has happened 7 times. I talk to Customer support and they tell me I must have made a mistake. NOPE! So watch out if your not paying attention you’ll be losing double. This stinks on so many levels. Just leave the deposit there you lose double. Take it out immediately and wait days to get money back and I’ve found 90% of the time once you make any kind of withdrawal you lose any money you didn’t withdrawal

Honest but new geolocate stinks
I have been very happy with Pala.
However, the new geolocate service is terrible.
But in general, game selection is great including many slots. I won big and they let me cash it in. I'm helping a poor relative with my winnings.
I like that they even have some penny options, and many ten cent options. All in all, I like it, but hope they fix the new geolocate.

Confusing update
I always enjoyed playing games at your site. The new update is horrible. It’s harder to find the games I play. What was wrong with the way it was. I noticed some of the games are gone too. Not even a search option to find it. At least put the slots in alphabetical order. When you are playing a slot and you go back to the home screen, you get logged off and have to sign back in. It doesn’t have a remember me so you have to retype log in info again. Pain in the ass app. Go back to the way it was! Went from a 5 star to a one star!
