Terrible user experience

This app is a complete disaster. The user interface is absolutely atrocious. The color scheme is a nightmare, with white text on a white background. It's nearly impossible to read anything.

Whoever designed this app clearly has no idea about basic user experience principles. It's clear that no thought or effort was put into making this app user-friendly.

I strongly advise anyone considering using this taxi service to think twice. The app alone is enough to deter anyone from using it.

Needs improvements

Been trying to save origin and destinations in Favorites on app but it would not accept input no matter how many times I tried. Even current location shows as unnamed road or an incorrect address. Not very user friendly. I ended up making my reservations at the website but unfortunately it does not sync with the app. So annoying.
