App continues to get worse. Now I can’t ever request a ride

Sorry but some of the drivers stall almost 10 or more minutes until they finally start to drive towards the pickup spot. Sometimes after waiting for them to start driving they cancel the ride and now I’m left waiting almost 30min for the next driver to pick me up when I was supposed to get picked up in 8min. Doesn’t make sense.

Won’t find you a ride
I attempt to get a ride from this app everyday and end up just walking because despite searching many drop off and pick up locations it just tells me it can’t find one

They need to do better with the app and the service. While most people think this is uber or Lyft it is not! It is not the driver’s fault they only go to the pickup spot in the app. For the riders it is inconvenient not to be picked up at the exact location. If you request a ride at walmart they place your pickup somewhere else. The parent company Bia needs to work to improve their app.

App malfunctioning
Every time I open this app, I can’t get a ride and it tells me to try again. It’s very frustrating that this is something that I depend on for every day travel and it doesn’t work most of the time.
