It’s just blank
I just bought the app but can’t use it cos it just shows a blank screen no matter which color I choose. I just read a similar comment dating January 2025 and this issue has still not being fixed

App stopped working after phone upgrade
I have been using Nkyea keyboard for several years now and have loved it….until now. After a phone upgrade, the screen went blank, am unable to type. I’ve uninstalled and reinstalled, enabled full access, etc., with no luck. I noticed another user had the same issue. Please fix it, otherwise, great app.

Ewe language!
Am an Anlo or an Ewe but your keyboard had nothing for the Ewe language I purposely purchased the app for a reason but my choice wasn't there please do something about this ASAP thank you.
Keyboard isn’t showing not to talk of working!
Bad! I paid for this app just today and after setting it up, it wouldn’t show the keyboard even. I wished I could send a proof of image. It’s just giving me a white space with no characters. Please refund my money back.

Keyboard not visible
My keyboard appears blank on my new iPhone 16 Max Pro. I followed all the installation instructions carefully and turned the phone off and back on, but the issue persists whenever I try to use the keyboard. Please respond so the issue can be solved. I noticed someone else raised the same issue, but the developer didn't address it to resolve it.

Really a good job done. I just bought it to support you. The keyboard is really good. However, I’m not too sure about the flying keys when touched. The keys are a bit of a distraction when you want to type faster. Also if 3D touch cursor could be implemented it would really be great. Again, well done!!

The app has been unusable since iOS 18 or at least the new iPhones. Selecting the keyboard only shows a black screen. Uninstalling and reinstalling hasn’t worked.

Ghanaians are not up to date in anything
Other apps the Nigerian Hausa keyboard is updated and working but our own pride Nkyea doesn’t work on new platforms and people will start ditching it soon WHY??? Nana Sarpong what does it take to keep up with your app that people have adopted?
