The app works great for me I don't use it as much only when I need to pay my bill but I'm able to pay my bill when I want to I have no login issues, maybe add some new updates to the app but other than that it's good
Useless
App is truly useless. It either fails to log on or crashes while inputting your credentials. Then when you sign in, eventually, its functionality is limited requiring you to call customer support which then tries to get you to use the useless app. A vicious cycle

Years ago the app was amazing every update just has more issues and gets worse.
Worst
Any other app on the planet can easily show and tell you how much is due next and what has been paid, except this one. Tell me what I owe but when, and if I am fully paid for that, show a zero balance. Not rocket science

App does not allow me to log in, it crashes after the submitting username and password. Same with the website, it does not allow me to complete the registration
Very bad app
This App has not worked for months and costs me so much late fees because it constantly states your next due date payment is $0 dollars and you have this amount of credit to your account for each month. So I really never no how much is due.. They haven’t put any effort to fix this issue. Stick to paper bills.

Always issues
I get worried about making my payment on time because there is always issues with this app. It’s too simplified so you are unable to access information about your account. Payments often don’t go through. It’s terrible. It has any stars at all because it has been what I’ve HAD to use to pay my bill for all these years so it gets some credit for that

Hard to make payments
I’d like this app much better if it made it easy to make my payments which is essentially what it should be used for. Everything else is easy on it. however, 45 minutes and you still can’t make a payment. Brand new iPhone everything up-to-date and I have to numerously sign in and sign out. I would’ve thrown my phone except for it’s bl new. The chat is useless.. Otherwise it’s fine.

This app is the worst app I’ve used in a while
The most important thing a payment app should do for you is tell you, what is due, when it’s due, and when you can pay. For about 3-5 days a month, this app tells you you owe nothing. The bill is due, yet it’s not? When the bill is due, past due, THERE IS NOTHING TO PAY! I’m “past due” for a $0.00 payment? Please Nissan, hire me. I can fix this issue

Faithful User
App crashes every time I toggle to the payments tab. I don’t like how you can’t pay ahead since this new company has taken over. I don’t understand the bill or the payments oh the allocate the overage amount that you pay. It doesn’t break down how much goes to interest and principal anymore.
Payments tab shuts down the app
I schedule an extra one time payment today, and after I did that, the app closes down automatically every time I click the payments tab! Everything else works.

Apparently I’m past due…for Aprils payment. The devs of this app are the worst devs anywhere. I’ve never seen an app this bad so bad in fact that when I pay this truck off I’ll never buy another Nissan!

Been using the app for a couple years now. I’m able to make my payments on it. I just don’t understand why under the amount due line it always says 0.00 until it’s past due. This makes no sense.
Also, on other loan payment apps, if you pay more than the minimum payment it’s automatically applied to principal. With this app it doesn’t all the time.
I talked to customer service about these issues when I made my first payment. They said they were aware of the issues. Yet, two years later, they haven’t been addressed.

Bad
Throw this app away and start over. To make a payment, show what is due, when it’s due, and if you are paid for the month, show when the next payment is due. Very basic yet you can’t do that. Why?
