App me we loads not good for monthly payments
Annoying app
The most frustrating app and system I’ve never felt like I’ve had to beg someone to let me pay them until I’ve used this app that needs an update every month and somehow seems to become more bugged
Doesn’t work
App doesn’t display any of my info, simply says they have server errors. Dumpster fire app for a company as large as Nissan.
Trash App
Half the time I check this app it says I’m 0% paid when I’m really over 58% paid. That is the definition of trashy, along with developers so cheap that you have to MFA on each and every login, ever. We’re sorry an error occurred in our junk software.
Car not starting since update
Ever since the 7/17 update, my car will not start through the app!! It’s dead of summer and I have young kids. I am extremely frustrated.
always crashes
Terrible app. There’s always something wrong with it. It always crashes or throws errors when navigating around the app. Cant even make a payment. Says amount is over the limit and I barely clicked to enter an amount. They need to hire better app developers.
Stupid Login Process
It’s very difficult to login. Even when you verify it with a stupid Verification, it makes you do the whole process again, once you’ve logged in. Is anybody really trying to steal my information to make a payment on my car? Come on guys!!
Terrible App
This is one of the worst apps! This is for Nissan Motors they have to the money to pay for a better app designer why they still use you, I will never understand. Get with the program!!

The app works great for me I don't use it as much only when I need to pay my bill but I'm able to pay my bill when I want to I have no login issues, maybe add some new updates to the app but other than that it's good
Useless
App is truly useless. It either fails to log on or crashes while inputting your credentials. Then when you sign in, eventually, its functionality is limited requiring you to call customer support which then tries to get you to use the useless app. A vicious cycle
App has a lot of issues
Years ago the app was amazing every update just has more issues and gets worse.
Worst
Any other app on the planet can easily show and tell you how much is due next and what has been paid, except this one. Tell me what I owe but when, and if I am fully paid for that, show a zero balance. Not rocket science
App keeps crashing
App does not allow me to log in, it crashes after the submitting username and password. Same with the website, it does not allow me to complete the registration
Very bad app
This App has not worked for months and costs me so much late fees because it constantly states your next due date payment is $0 dollars and you have this amount of credit to your account for each month. So I really never no how much is due.. They haven’t put any effort to fix this issue. Stick to paper bills.

Always issues
I get worried about making my payment on time because there is always issues with this app. It’s too simplified so you are unable to access information about your account. Payments often don’t go through. It’s terrible. It has any stars at all because it has been what I’ve HAD to use to pay my bill for all these years so it gets some credit for that

Hard to make payments
I’d like this app much better if it made it easy to make my payments which is essentially what it should be used for. Everything else is easy on it. however, 45 minutes and you still can’t make a payment. Brand new iPhone everything up-to-date and I have to numerously sign in and sign out. I would’ve thrown my phone except for it’s bl new. The chat is useless.. Otherwise it’s fine.
