Truly a trash app that you have to pay through. Changed the account paying for truck and hit with late charge because issues of app loading. All other apps load without issue, this is a constant issue. Can’t even login now to check. Horrible app, makes me think of not getting another Nissan. If you can be this bad on an app, how little Nissan cares about their cars and customers

Awful Update
I don’t know what bugs they supposedly fixed, but I have not been able to log in for almost a week now! This is ridiculous. Only other payment options charge you $3-5!!

You have to ‘update’ every month. I’ve never hated an app more. Will never finance through Nissan again b/c of this fraud of an app.

Technical difficulties
I have auto pay set up so i don’t always need to go on the app but once in a while i like to check. I want to say 80% of the time that I do, they’re always “experiencing technical difficulties” can’t even log on the app even if i select “remember this device” every time 🙃
An error has occurred
Literally everything you do in the useless app gives you “an error has occurred”

Just use the website. This app is glitchy and pointless
When it works it’s fine
When the app actually works it’s fine. But it doesn’t work at night… after maybe 9pm central time all it gives is incorrect information and errors. There is also no way to make a Principal Only payment with the app you need to log into the also awful website.
Give a raise to the Dev team
App is so god awful that my heart goes out to the developers. Please take a sliver of the bonuses that the marketing team gets and give it to the developer team so they have some resources to work with and not produce this windows 95 slop of an app.

The app is hard to login to and when I am able to it does not give you payoff info or due date and amount info often.
Login issues
Can’t sign in, had to go and find the online version because the app gives “Error occurred, try again” Waste of space.
Thumbs down
I wouldn’t even bother with the app. Just go through the Nissan financing website and take care of your business there. I couldn’t log in through the app 95% of the time.
Rarely Works
This app is so glitchy it really works. Login errors, it kicks you out, it freezes, etc…it’s a headache!
Awful app
Everything is slow, logging in is a nightmare, and if you want to do any real management of your account other than making payments, you need to call them anyway. If you can avoid downloading this app at all I recommend it.

The most frustrating app and system I’ve never felt like I’ve had to beg someone to let me pay them until I’ve used this app that needs an update every month and somehow seems to become more bugged
Doesn’t work
App doesn’t display any of my info, simply says they have server errors. Dumpster fire app for a company as large as Nissan.
Trash App
Half the time I check this app it says I’m 0% paid when I’m really over 58% paid. That is the definition of trashy, along with developers so cheap that you have to MFA on each and every login, ever. We’re sorry an error occurred in our junk software.
Car not starting since update
Ever since the 7/17 update, my car will not start through the app!! It’s dead of summer and I have young kids. I am extremely frustrated.
