Truly a trash app that you have to pay through. Changed the account paying for truck and hit with late charge because issues of app loading. All other apps load without issue, this is a constant issue. Can’t even login now to check. Horrible app, makes me think of not getting another Nissan. If you can be this bad on an app, how little Nissan cares about their cars and customers

Awful Update
I don’t know what bugs they supposedly fixed, but I have not been able to log in for almost a week now! This is ridiculous. Only other payment options charge you $3-5!!
Horrible
You have to ‘update’ every month. I’ve never hated an app more. Will never finance through Nissan again b/c of this fraud of an app.

Technical difficulties
I have auto pay set up so i don’t always need to go on the app but once in a while i like to check. I want to say 80% of the time that I do, they’re always “experiencing technical difficulties” can’t even log on the app even if i select “remember this device” every time 🙃
