When it works it’s fine
When the app actually works it’s fine. But it doesn’t work at night… after maybe 9pm central time all it gives is incorrect information and errors. There is also no way to make a Principal Only payment with the app you need to log into the also awful website.
Give a raise to the Dev team
App is so god awful that my heart goes out to the developers. Please take a sliver of the bonuses that the marketing team gets and give it to the developer team so they have some resources to work with and not produce this windows 95 slop of an app.
Armada
App won’t log in and you can not make a principal payment in the app
Terrible
The app is hard to login to and when I am able to it does not give you payoff info or due date and amount info often.
Login issues
Can’t sign in, had to go and find the online version because the app gives “Error occurred, try again” Waste of space.
