About

Email built for teams. nmail brings your team's email and conversations together. Connect Gmail, Google Workspace, Outlook or Microsoft 365 accounts, choose what to share, and work through email with the right people. Share what your team needs Share an entire inbox or invite a teammate into one conversation for feedback. Keep other inboxes private. Sharing is available between invited teammates on the same email domain. Discuss emails with internal notes Add a note beside the email and @mention a teammate. Keep questions, feedback and decisions together. Internal notes stay inside nmail and are never sent as email replies. Send at the right time Write now and choose when your email should be sent. Scheduled sending works even when the app is closed. Snooze until later Move a conversation out of the way and bring it back when you're ready to reply. See recorded email opens Check recorded open signals before following up. Image blocking and email privacy settings can affect these signals; an open is not proof that someone read the message. Finish a shared draft Pick up a teammate's shared saved draft, finish the reply and send it. Reply from a teammate's shared inbox Colleague sick or out of office? Reply from the inbox they have shared with you. Keep your own login while their address appears in From. Connect multiple inboxes, search conversations and keep your team's email moving from your iPhone or iPad. An nmail account and a compatible email account are required. Service access may require a paid subscription. Inbox access is always controlled by explicit sharing permissions.
