This app doesnt work since update. Will not let me register. The app mimics the employees of the Newry Leisure centre. Inept!!

Payments don’t work
When booking classes payment fails message says bank details incorrect have checked bank card details tried with another card etc without success contacted centre with no resolution!!
I can’t seem to register
I’ve just joined. Can anyone advise how to register.. the app just goes back to the beginning again asking for new password? Seems there’sa fault.

I have spoken to a few people who like me can’t register because the app won’t let me!! Very frustrating having to phone to book classes and pointless having an app that doesn’t work!

Gym Is not opened long enough or on a Sunday. Gym needs updated
Kilkeel staff are always pleasant and welcoming.
Kilkeel leisure centre does not open late/early enough on weekdays or Saturdays. Also no opening on a Sunday which is very disappointing and is one of the reasons why I joined this gym. The gym also needs updated. All other NMD gyms have been updated. Why has Kilkeel gym not been updated with new equipment? Has needed updated for a few years. This is no fault of the lovely staff. For Kilkeel gym to attract new customers and keep current customers. All other local gyms open earlier and stay open later with key fob access Opening times and equipment need to be reviewed.
