Update your app No Birds !!

Like other reviewers i am not sure what the point of this app is… it could be so simple if it worked, instead i end up booking multiple cars for the same date as i get an error message when i book !!!
The one star is only because you cant review without it !!!

Was good, now useless

What happened to this app?? I used make all my booking through it no problem. Was great to have a record of past bookings too. For about a year it hadn’t worked! Have deleted the app (lost my booking history) and reinstalled several times. Get to the “confirm my details” and it falls over. Random error message about “ApiException” was thrown.

Booking lookup not working

As others have said booking a vehicle works fine but when you need to review the booking you just get a partial error message. This has been going on for months and should have been fixed. I have rented through no birds before and have been happy with their service but this problem is letting them down and damaging their reputation for good service
