Flood watches are now a listening option in Settings. Flood warnings and advisories are always included. Broadcasts are less repetitive. Very small rainfall amounts, low chances of precipitation, and duplicated "then" phrases are trimmed out. Clearer pronunciation of forecast text. The Forecast Locations list has been reworked. Saved locations that are really the same place are merged automatically, so a spot no longer appears twice under two names. The map for adding a location is always reachable, including from an empty Forecast Locations list. Includes workaround for iOS 27 bug that causes synthesized speech to run together.

I LOVE THIS APP but the voice sounds scary and I don’t know how to change it but I told me there was a warning before my weather apps said anything

Just what I needed!

This app is brilliant. It’s insane that cars don’t come with NOAA weather radio built in, but with this app, I can get that reception over cellular via CarPlay. I’m guessing this just downloads text from NOAA, and one’s phone reads it back. Whoever wrote this deserves an award!
