Cant use
Used Nobel/Enjoy Prepaid before. Downloaded app and cannot get the phone verified (US). Nothing comes through either message or voice, tried multiple timed. So can't use and have no idea if this thing works.

A couple of years back, Enjoy prepaid and The Nobel app were easy to use.
I recently signed up for the Diamond plan, through Enjoy. I was not able to link Enjoy to Nobel and be able to use the funds, to make calls.
I tried using Enjoy and it did not allow me to use the access code and connect with anyone.
I am very frustrated and I will start looking for another service.

Dropped calls
Very bad on wifi or over cell phone connection. Dropped calls all the time. Need to call back alot the number I am calling !

I only used this card because my 83 year old aunt refuses to use a smart phone.

Phone calls don’t go through but still gets charged. Didn’t work for the last few weeks. Well google voice is cheaper and works.

Good app, but very bad customer services, I bought a plan but when I wanted to link my account continuously an error came up and said the account is linked with other devices, which I just made with my phone and now trying to use it by my phone again.
I was between a call, it finished my call, and it took 10-15 minutes to activate that plan, after that funny error.
After 15 min, I lost my important call unfortunately, and when I called there 24/7 customer services, after a long waiting it said we are busy and unable answer you, I tried to chat through the app with help, after a min they didn’t answer me at all.

This company took my money but never sent me the calling card or credited my account with any balance. I’m fighting to get my money back, but their customer service is atrocious.

Unreliable
I never know when my calls will work or not and the live help can take a while to answer. Sometime you get no sound at all or a calling sound just to be dropped. I am trying to find alternatives as I will no longer be renewing my subscription .

Can’t get anything done on this app! The developer needs to work on this app! Recharging to call, not working it’s just pending and my money just in the cloud. Difficulty to send money.
