Horrible App
I’ve spent hours trying to connect both my phone and IPad to my S75R and it’s impossible!
Connect in airplane mode
You can’t connect unless in airplane mode. Another person saved me hours by putting it in their review, I’m thankful for them!

Junk app. 1400$ for a thermal and can't even hook it up to cell phone. Pitiful
Download/Synching Fix Tip-App Needs Work
Tip for getting Nocpix/InfiRay to synch: Go to Airplane Mode and then follow the steps. This tip was given to me by a friend and it worked the first time. I have spent 2 1/2 hours (at least) trying to get them to synch only to discover this tip. Hopefully it helps someone else. Now, if they could fix this and the super slow download times I would give these apps 4 or 5 stars. Love the scopes! They are super high quality and hunting coyotes with them is one of my most favorite things to do.

Fix your App!
Will not connect to iPhone! Constantly saying network permissions are not enabled but they are. Terrible experience.

Unable to connect device to app
The vista H50R only connected to my phone one time through the app. H50R shows it’s connected to my app but no connection is made on the app. I’m unable to retrieve any photos or footage already recorded. Very disappointing.
Poor connection
Will not connect to scope no matter what I do.
Unacceptable
Both options to connect are wildly insecure and neither work. One method asks to change the Name of your Phone device, and hotspot password of your device.
