I'v never seen this level of issues on a ticket app like that

This is the second event I couldn’t find my ticket in the application
No customer care - cancel the event
After booking they cancel the event without notifying and impossible to reach them. Bad experience and no more trust.

Customer service not responding
I attempted to reach the customer service through the WhatsApp number provided numerous times. While the chat initially states that I am connected to an agent, I receive no further replies when I ask a question or request assistance. This has been quite frustrating, as I was expecting at least an acknowledgment or follow-up.

اشتريت تذاكر وما ظهرت لي
مشاكل في اظهار التذاكر
المشكلة هذه في التطبيق تخلي كامل تجربة العميل سيئة بغض النظر عن الايڤينت نفسه!
لمن تدفع المرة الاولى وما تطلعلك التذاكر، وتحاول تكلم اي احد من الCS ومحد يتجاوب، تقوم تدفع مرة ثانية على اساس ممكن الدفع ما حصل! ولكن تدفع ثاني، فجأة التذكرتين كلها تجيك مع بعض!
ولمن تروح تكلم المسؤولين مرة ثانية ونحمد الله انهم ردوا، ولا احد يساعد يقولك السياسات مافيها لا تبديل ولا ترجيع!
طيب السياسات موجودة عشان تنظم العلميات وهذا شي جميل، ولكن اذا كان اساسك في مشكلة، عدل سياساتك يا باشا
