VIP already paid, but VIP content still blocked
Update : no response at all from them, so I don't care anymore. The wording they use are misleading. So there are two types of paid content. One is called "VIP" and the other is called "premium".
The problem is that when you subsribe to the Noice premium, it said "akses ke semua original VIP" (except musmas and Hiduplah Indonesia Maya). Pay attention at the word "VIP" there. It makes us think that it give us access to VIP content. But no no no. It gives the access to the premium content instead. So, the VIP content still has to be purchased separately.
Once again, This is a good platform for many great podcasts, I am just really disappointed that there is no customer service clarifying this at all. Please change the wording to "akses ke semua premium content"
Unfortunately, the star review stays until I see the change on the wording to avoid future misunderstanding.

VIP already paid, but VIP content still blocked
much money, but this is borderline scam with the lack of customer service to address it.
If anyone reading this review, please do not misunderstand. This app has many great contents, but I am just dissappointed with the issue above.
I will update this review once they address the issue.
