Useless app
Just a waste of time its Chinese waste which they throw in India. Phone app only work with sim otherwise everything else is just waste of time. No video call ever connected no location no real time status update. Worthless
Video call don’t work properly
Video call is lagging and doesn’t work properly.
Waste app and support
Once the app is updated, it logs out automatically and doesn’t login again. Asks to bind the device again and it never happens. Always error is coming that the device is not activated.

This Apps UI and features are not thought through properly. Lot of trouble to manage and handle multiple devices through this app.

Half of the functions not working in the app. Sheer wastage of money compromising with the safety of kid.

App is a complete waste
The app is not worth wasting time on. There are so many issues that I cannot stick to pointing a single one. GPS tracker does not sync, functions on the app at times do not sync with the watch. Different modes do not work well.
Manage contact not syncing
Logged into noise amigo app, but father record not working. It used to work earlier, but now it doesn’t recognise the number. Tried to sync multiple times, doesn’t work. Noise amigo support does not exist at all! And do not respond promptly.
Lots of improvement required by noise team to make noise explorer watch as a good buy, else they will lose customers
