5-Star Sound, 2-Star App
Excellent earbuds, terrible app. The audio quality is fantastic, but the app experience is frustrating. It fails to detect that I’m wearing the earbuds, locks important controls, and doesn’t save custom touch gestures. Since everything works correctly on another phone, this is clearly a software issue. Great hardware, poor app. Please fix these bugs.

Sync issue with Masterbuda 2
The app and buds sync is very bad sometimes when the anc is on, app shows opposite and vice Versa, whenever there is a wind detection noise cancellation got auto cancelled. Also in noisy place the other person getting the sound and voices are not clearly audible to the listener.
Compare to the quality and features the price is a bit high should have been under 5k.

Sound quality is excellent, but the app and features need improvement.
The ANC on/off control is available on the front, but there should also be an option to turn ENC on/off manually. That would make the earbuds much more useful for different situations.
Another issue is connectivity. The earbuds connect to Bluetooth normally, but when I open the Noise app, it often doesn’t detect or connect to the device properly.
Also, if someone mainly uses these for office calls, the experience isn’t ideal. During calls, I sometimes need to hear people around me as well as the person on the call. With ANC enabled, outside voices are blocked, making office conversations difficult. A quick ANC/ENC toggle would solve this problem.

Good sound quality
I purchased these headphones a week back and it didn’t disappoint me at all.. at this price point i would say quite a good headphones with very nice sound differentiation and quality but it definitely lacks some base… overall very good and good battery life…
