What’s with the obligatory updates?!
It is so annoying that whenever I need to use the app, it requires an update, and no I cannot choose to update later like all other apps are, I must update in order to able to use it.
Update
While i appreciate the efficiency of the drivers and order system, i find the previous version of NokNok to be more user-friendly. That said, i continue to adapt bcs I genuinely like the app. However, having to update the app daily is annoying. I do suggest consolidating bug fixes into weekly or monthly updates.

Melted Product Delivered, cash Refund Refused
I usually don’t like writing reviews and prefer resolving issues directly with the company, but they left me with no other choice.
This was the worst service I’ve experienced. First, they made me pay the full amount and did not deliver the complete list of products. Then, when they finally sent the remaining items, the ice cream arrived completely melted and defective. I opened it in front of the delivery guy to show the condition, and he got upset that I opened it, even though they wanted to put it back in the freezer after it had already melted!
After that, the delivery person disappeared, and customer service refused to give me a cash refund. They delivered a defective product but still want to force me to accept their conditions.
Based on this experience, I have no trust in Nock Nock’s cold chain policy.

I can not open the app. It stays on the app « opening » page and does not move on to the app. My iPhone updated to IOS 26.1 some days ago. I don’t know if the problem comes from there… A pity, good site with good products and fast delivery…
Disappointed with the New Version
I really wish the old version had stayed. I don’t know why you changed it and made it worse — it’s much less convenient now. That’s just my opinion, and I’m sorry if it sounds harsh. But if the app doesn’t get improved and made easier to use again, I’ll have no choice but to delete it.

Very slow service , the order takes alot of time to arrive , the driver is lost and cant fine the house , i ordered ice cream it arrived melted because the driver switched my stuff with another person’s stuff. Honestly i’m deleting it and toters is much better

im going through a big problem
blazing fast and good service but now it just says they cant deliver to my location and ive been ordering for maybe the past 7-8 months.
WhatsApp Interface is a PAIN.. Fix
I registered, it sent a pin to WhatsApp, I copied the PIN but when i switched to the app it kept asking me for my phone number all over again. I should be able to see the field where I can paste the PIN, and move on to order but the app or WhatsApp interface isn’t accepting that. very frustrating! Also 59 seconds isnt enough to copy and paste, not everyone is tech savvy. Please make it friendly and easy to use.
