NFC not working
Before it was ease to recharge from anywhere nowadays this option is not working so i uninstalled the app because if it will not work for the nol card purpose why need to keep it! If RTA wants us to stand in queue in metro stations to recharge will do that only. Thanks
New update has lots of issues
After new update app is laggy and doesn’t read card after payment. Also, sometimes it says “something went wrong please try after 1 hour”. Please fix the app.

Before it was working fine but now a days always gives server error unable to recharge .

Worst app
Dont try to recharge on nol pay app its always showing error and we disnt get refund. They charged us ans while top up it showa error.too much bug and you may lost your money and time. Its better to recharge directly.Not recommended for any one
Worst after the update
It was pretty smooth , quick before the update . Reads my card very quick , no hassle. Now it won’t read my card at all , so I can’t even top up , thought the issue was my card yet even newer cards can’t be read either.

The previous version of nol Pay was very easy and smooth to use. Topping up was quick, checking card details was simple, and card reading was super fast and reliable.
Unfortunately, after the recent update, the app experience has become much worse. The card reading is no longer smooth, top-ups take more time, and overall performance has slowed down. Basic functions that worked perfectly before are now struggling.
I really hope the developers bring back the speed, simplicity, and reliability of the earlier version. This update has taken away the best part of the app.

Services don’t work
Tried applying for nol card with the ISIC benefit and doesn’t work at all I can’t even top up my card properly and sometimes the scanner to scan a nol card says not available, RTA needs to fix their app.

Got worse after the update
NFC function got worse. It was working perfectly before this. Now it takes forever to read the card. And now I have money stuck in the app because it doesn’t work anymore.
Cannot read any nol card
Tried many times to topup a card, ive tried many times, still cannot detect my card. They have deducted an amount already from my debit card. Final scan wont go through

The worst app ever madeb
This is honestly one of the worst apps I’ve ever used. It never works when it’s supposed to. The card doesn’t read during top-ups, yet money gets deducted instantly — how is that even possible? When it comes to actually transferring funds, it completely fails. If you can take customers’ money so easily, you should at least make sure your system works. Before launching something like this, test it properly instead of wasting people’s time and money. Totally unacceptable experience.
