I selected the 3-day trial and was charged on the spot for the yearly subscription. Your UI/copy is extremely misleading and must be fixed. Huge lack of transparency. What a shame.

Signed up for a three day free trial. After about ten minutes I cancelled the trial as the service wasn’t working, but they had already charged me for 6 months! Total scam, don’t understand how Apple allows this company in the App Store

Says 3days of free trial, but charges you right away and there’s no free trail at all. Not to mention connection is very slow.

Scam

App doesn’t work well. Won’t work with BBC iplayer website. When you purchase a free trial you also get charged for the full subscription before you have a chance to try the app and decide if you want to cancel or not. Avoid this app at all costs.

Baixei o app pra testar os 3 dias gratuitos e ver se ia gostar, apesar de bom eu preferi não comprar o app e desinstalei antes de fechar os 3 dias. Ainda assim me cobraram e isso não pode ser feito! Quero o estorno do valor pois não usei o app

I hope I get a response if I’m using this incorrectly. But I have been using this when I visit websites. Not apps that are linked to websites, just the websites from what I read. Now I’ve had a data breach with multiple apps which breached my passwords. Why is this? Do I need to keep my VPN on at all times to prevent a breach? But it’s contradicting as I see in a response that the app doesn’t collect data but in the app store it literally says the developer has said they collect data. It says identifiers get your data and underneath it says they might do. So I don’t know if I should keep trusting this app? From what I have read a VPN is supposed to use encryption but does it really with this app? How did I get a data breach?

Not too sure how many serious companies use GMail for support. Reviews look like they have been done by the developer. Privacy policy hasn’t been updated since 2021 and says “no logs policy for NO Services”, that literally means they keep logs.

Soon as I connect the vpn my phone will then say there is no connection to the internet. Just bought this and set up my subscription for it not to work.

Paid one month subscription but didn’t work

The app works perfectly fine last year that’s why I choose to use it this time. However none of the data center worked. I was disappointed and asked for the refund, but no one replied.

Scam l!!

I only got this app to see if it works which it didn’t & than I was charged , I right away contacted apple support to dispute the payment as the app did not work for me. They did not reply infact the support page comes up with error for me. Apple is a scam!!!!!
