Made so many friends on this app and such a great community for women travellers who share tips on the best places, meet-up across the world and share in the love of travelling, from one nomad to another.
Great Concept but looking forward to some updates
Ive meet some very interesting ladies through this app and had great interactions, however i often miss the opportunity to meet with people because the apps chat function is buried and the alerts system isn't great. When you open the app your messages should be on the landing page instead i have to click several times to get there. If i connect with someone the first thing many of us do is switch to another app like Instagram to communicate. If we don't switch to another app then the interaction dies. The app is worth it just for the initial connection and I appreciate the level of security in verification. I would love to see them evolve to support communication better so timely connections aren't missed and to support more events and meetups

PRIVACY WARNING
This app could be SO AWESOMEβ¦.BUT, it requires identity verification before setting up a profile, not such a problem until you get to the next step - creating a profile and the app MANDATES FULL ACCESS TO YOUR PHOTOS. Thatβs not necessary for the task at hand and a significant privacy violation. I wonβt be continuing unfortunately and encourage everyone to think twice before signing up here. Perhaps utilize SoFe Travel or The Expat Woman as they seem to have better security and respect for privacy.

Wonderful Resource!
This is a great app to find out about global events with other female solo travelers. You can connect with travel buddies who are going the same places you are, and stay up to date on local events in your city as well. Currently enjoying the Busan Nomadher conference that I was able to register for easily through this app.

A beautiful community
A great place to be inspired by other solo female travellers, to glean advice on how to safely visit a destination and to meet likeminded individuals along the way. Iβve been using NomadHer for almost a year now, and although Iβve not been able to attend any of the events yet itβs been so lovely to see how the community has grown and all the new friendships that have bloomed thanks to the app. Iβve also benefitted from some great tips for my most recent travels.

Great App for female solo traveler
The application is super user-friendly. Love how we can connect with female solo travelers around the world and meetup while traveling.
So far I have used the application while traveling solo in Korea and Thailand. I have a meet females to grab something to eat and to explore hidden gems. One of my favorite features is the camps that they have available it make it easy to connect and do activities that sometimes might be difficult todo while traveling solo.

An app for women made by a woman
I think one the greatest features on the app is that you have to validate that you are indeed a woman. Having this feature adds a layer of security and peace of mind when you know this space is for women only. I recently went to Seoul for my first solo trip, my plans for the trip was very last minute so the girls were very helpful guiding me through all my questions and concerns. During the trip I had such a great time exploring on my own and having the privilege to meet other NomadHer girls while in Seoul, I had such a good time spending my evening with the girls, getting to know them, and developing a friendship with the girls. If you are a girl that has hesitation on solo travel or finding a community that will help you, this is your app!
