Requires email and phone verification, not traveler friendly.

Requires Email AND phone verification. I don’t have a local phone number to text to while traveling, they won’t text to a google voice number. So no way to authenticate account.

Website in an app

At least for buying a bus ticket, the app is just a wrapper around the Nomago website. It even advertises to you to download the app (inside the app!). Having an account is as useless as on the website. After you buy the ticket, it doesn’t appear in your account. It tells you to print the PDF you got in the email. Often the bus drivers don’t even know what to do with the QR code on the ticket and just wave you off or even tell you to buy it on the bus. The year is 2025, this is ridiculously bad.
