When you try to log in to the app, you are unable to do so after entering your username and password. After waiting, you receive the message: "Error occurred. Please try again later."

Used the app to buy tickets. No Applepay but have to use your card. Tickets then appear as printable but not electronic that need downloading. Tickets don’t show in app even when bought on the app. Weird and useless

No show bus
Bus did not show at stated time. Waited 15 mins before and after time in 34° heat. No way of tracking booked service. Ended up taking a local bus - at extra cost. Do not use this app
Robbery!!!
We bought 7 tickets for (5 adults and 2 children (1 and 2 year)). Adults tickets cost 15,80€ * 5 = 79 € and children tickets cost 7,40 * 2 = 15,80€. Total = 94,80€ (7 places). Ok, we bought it BUT when we came in bus us said that we haven’t places and all. This company sells tickets at the entrance to the bus and at the ticket office. And when we arrived, our seats were already sold out again. In general, we were seated, but only 5 seats, and we paid for 7 seats, in the end it was a robbery in broad daylight. I do not recommend this company!!!
