Slow loading speed
The app UI is very modern and user friendly. Font size is ok and easy to read. Had no problem creating an account, but the only negative thing about this app is that when I click buy a ticket, it takes a bit longer to load compared to other apps.
App no longer works on cellular
The app doesn’t work on cellular. It will only work on Wi-Fi. Any plans to fix this issue?

It is impossible to register in the app. It doesn’t load…
Easy to use
Once registered for an account, funds can be added to it by electronic payment in the app. Tickets can be purchased by choosing the desired ticket type and then scanning the QR codes found next to the doors of the tram when boarding. Easy to use.
Absolutely awful
I can honestly say as an app developer this is this worst of my entire travelling experience - to such an extent 1st trip could not register - 2nd trip could not pay.
