No show bus

Bus did not show at stated time. Waited 15 mins before and after time in 34° heat. No way of tracking booked service. Ended up taking a local bus - at extra cost. Do not use this app

QR codes didn’t work on bus

Driver said QR codes were not valid and had to pay cash on return journey for a journey I had already paid for. Codes were valid so not sure if app or driver problem.
