App refuses to let me login, can’t use my points or rewards at all

I downloaded the app, didn’t work; re-downloaded the app, still not working! It just keeps buffering!

successful registration is impossibly difficult. I tried three times online registration once with tech-support & still unsuccessful.

I've had the app for a few months and have yet to figure out how to get points for gas. Not intuitive at all.
Don’t waste your time and energy or money
Takes points and you don’t get to use them example Doritos, extra large bag, 1250 points when you have 4000 points you use 1250 points and it does not take it off. It still rings up the same you do not get it for free. Or free roller item use points for it still end up paying cash full price this is a crap

Can’t register
Every time I try to “register” the digital card so I can start using the app I end up with a 500 error. Tempted to give up on this reward program.
