So helpful for me to find balance again in my life
It has been so good to use NOMO. I am a completely different as person now that I have ditched the scrolling to spend more meaningful time with my friends and family. I'm very thankful that this community exists.
Good but minuscule room for improvement
This is a good app if you want to cut down on TikTok and Instagram however before I even reached 400 being on 333 NOMO points the CHANCE to win the shoes vanished, and not many good rewards which are appealing for the age category. Wish there were better rewards, which last longer, then it would be more appealing to teens. It has re updated and now it is working again. I have been able to u lock all these also rewards like for 250 moments a Nike £50 voucher this is now more appealing and better to get kids less addictive to device they have a good variety of football games tickets or movies or super Duolingo which is good this however only shown up after my 100 day street. Other than that bit is very good if u remember to log on every day, thus the now 5 star view

NOMO helps us focus on what really matters in life.
Decent
This is a good app for rewarding people for scrolling, however they don’t realise what it actually does. First of all, it doesn’t limit you on every platform (YouTube, X, Facebook…) and second of all, it makes you turn your phone on everyday just to click a button (causing you to use your phone). However this app is good as it does stop people from scrolling too much and rewards them for doing so. Decent app, good idea.

This app encourages you to check back in every day to keep a “streak”. To me, that stands in direct opposition to the goal of keeping us off our phones.

I really enjoy the app. It helps me keep track of the time I spend on social media in a fun way, so I don’t overuse it. I’ve also noticed the rewards keep getting better :)

App does an extremely good job of reminding me to budget my time on social media and to prevent excessive use. Much better than the built in screen time feature alone!

Pretty cool idea. Like that I can get rewards on stuff for using my phone less. Would be better if i could get NBA tickets instead of NFL
