I’ve had this service for 6 years and it used to work perfectly but as of this year, it no longer works.
This is a persistent lack of filtering new spam calls since January 2026. They are not keeping up with the evolving spam, and I consider this a failure on their part despite the high cost of this service.

Sucks, getting even more calls now. Don’t waste your money.
Need blocking
This is a pretty good app to tell you if it’s been reported as spam but it doesn’t tell you who is actually calling so I have ended up reporting spam only because I didn’t recognize the number. We need a more accurate description including a name
Not working anymore
I’ve had this app every day for the last six years. It used to work beautifully. But starting in May 2026, it doesn’t work anymore. It doesn’t block any of the calls. Nor does it identify as robocaller anymore. I have written Nomorobo support multiple times.
I have uninstalled the app reinstalled the app. I have followed all the support recommendations. I paid for an entire year from May 2026 to May 2027 and it’s useless. Very disappointed!!!

Doesn’t block any calls
Their database of spam numbers is pretty good. I like being able to look up a telephone number to see if it’s a telemarketer or phishing. However, it hasn’t blocked any calls in a long time.
Does NOT WORK
Garbage. Test robo call wasn’t blocked. It came through as a normal call. Only Xfinity call guard blocked its call. This is a waste of time you have to enter calls and had a technical error with the second options in settings don’t bother downloading

Could block more
I get a lot of calls that are potential spam and ones that are definitely spam that sometimes don’t get blocked. Also, it would be helpful if I was able to paste phone numbers into the app to report and block them.

I originally found out about Nomorobo years ago because I still had a VOIP landline through Spectrum, which had Nomorobo as a free option to manage spam calls. I got it for my iPhone and liked it enough during the trial period that I ended up subscribing.
In the last year or so, I wonder if it's working at all. I am again getting multiple calls per day. When I report the number on Nomorobo, it invariably says it's a known Robocaller.
I tried every online fix and even contacted their Zendesk support group. It still doesn't appear to be blocking anything -- except the test call from Nomorobo.
Nomorobo claims that their database updates constantly and that the number was added after I got the call. Seriously? Every time the call just happens to get reported in the 30 seconds it takes me to copy and paste the recent call into the Nomorobo reporting tool?

Nomorobo listed numbers repeatedly still get through. Why?
It’s sucks
I have to input numbers so many times a day. And the spam keeps coming.
Don’t buy
It hasn’t blocked one phone call. I’m still getting 20 phone calls from India daily.

Was good in the past but has fallen down of late
Used to block spam calls but they come through at at rate of 5 or 10 a day now. Disappointing to pay for an app that does not block the calls it claims to.
Surprisingly total garbage
I had Nomorobo on my landline for over 20 years and loved it. So when I turned off our landline I decided to get Nomorobo on my cell phone. I started with this regular version and gave it a try. It didn’t block even one call. All it ever did was give me the option to report a spam call and that was after my phone had already rang. I was very disappointed.
Now, as bad as this app is, that’s how good the Max version is. It stops all robocalls that come into my cell phone. So, my advice is, don’t waste your money on this app. If the price of the Max version seems worth it to you to stop spam calls then absolutely go for it.

Used to be easier to use
I used to really love this app, but it has changed so much lately. I just received a spam call and tried to report it as such, but I can no longer find this option to do so. So after several attempts and reading up on it, it says to share it with NOMOROBO, so I try that and then it says I’m not logged in. I can’t find any place where to login so I go back to the app itself and it shows that I’m a subscriber but nowhere can I find a place to login. If it shows me as being a subscriber I would think that I am logged in. It is just so confusing now. Not sure yet if I will renew it again and I have been using this app for quite a few years now.
