Issues?
Not sure why there is so much hate for this app, simple and easy to use interface and I can take my course on the go which excellent. Works fine on my iPad Pro. Thank you Mac Pro video đ

Just spent 30 mins trying to get macprovideo on my Apple TV. Didn't work. No app exists as advertised.
Saw this and tried it. Didn't work. Just directs me to Safari.
What a ridiculous situation. This lot boast about their tech expertise and how they were one of the first app store companies but seem unable to create an app that works or keep their information up to date. Hmmm...

Works just fine
I hadnât used this on my new device and was a bit anxious after reading all the very negative reviews. However, I downloaded it, logged on (no problem) and all my purchased courses showed up. I downloaded what I wanted and was using it within minutes. Maybe there was an update after all the bad reviews. Iâd recommend the disappointed ones out give it another go.

If you thought that was just not possible, try this app! It will surprise you and redefine what âclunkyâ means!

Canât watch streaming content
So got a year sub but canât watch any of the videos? Whatâs the point? You can only view courses youâve purchased outright. Theyâve also stopped supporting the Apple TV app. Donât get it

I downloaded this today.
I can see all the courses Iâve bought, and can download the courses to my iPad to view offline.
Seems to work pretty darn well.

Pathetic really in 2020
Pathetic really, since I also remember the old app not working around 5 years ago. You can log in to this but are greeted by a black screen. If only they put as much effort into the app actually working as they did on the 3D renders (with graphics options!) in the menu.

Does not download!!!
What is the point of this App? Purchased video series on MacProVideo. Was sent to this app via a link in their website if I wanted to download course for offline viewing. This App just stalls out and never completes the download. Doesnât do the one thing it is supposed to do. Yuck.

The original app has stopped working. I canât access any of the 30+ courses bought over the years. So I downloaded this newer app. It doesnât work. All I see is a black screen for 15 secs prior to it crashing.

This app is legit unusable. Canât play any of the tutorials, not showing a fraction of those available on the web. I legitimately thought this was a bootleg app. I will be unsubscribing from their service immediately. Unfortunate!

I have purchased many Mac Pro Video Tutorials over the years. I download them all on my iPad and watch them offline. I first used the original Mac Pro Video app which worked great. It was no longer supported so I had to start again with the Ask Audio app which was a lot less responsive and always seemed to want an internet connection. Now that is no longer supported I have had to delete it and install this app and download all my videos for the third time. This app doesnât work and just goes to blank screen. Please fix as the Mac Pro Video tutorials are absolutely fantastic and I really want to be able to download them to my iPad and watch them offline again.

It Works, but is far less versatile...
...It works because I can access my purchased MPV courses on the app in one place. Far less versatile in that I cannot view the streaming content from the website that my annual subscription allows me to. Therefore I recently cancelled my subscription.

This app wonât even start up. All you get is a grey screen.

Weâre not in quality software land here. Strange for an organisation focused on quality and education to deploy such an app.
