Way more accurate than expected
At first I was skeptical about how it would know whether my posture is bad, but the integration with my airpods was seamless. I sit more than 8 hours a day for work, so the reminders are a game changer for me. Also appreciate the extra stats that I can look back to see how my habits have improved.
