Good camera, but…
The camera itself is good. But when the app sends me an alert and I tap the notification banner, it does not take me straight to the live feed.

Instead, I have to click past subscription offers or data-storage information while my baby may be crying. However little market research went into this decision, let me offer a helpful data point: as a parent, when I get a baby-monitor alert, I do not want to shop. I want to see my baby immediately.
I suspect 300% of parents everywhere, forever, across all universes—even on Tuesdays—would agree.
The hardware does what it is supposed to do. But every time an alert comes in, the software seems to prioritize making the company money over the reason I bought this product: helping keep my family safe and healthy.

Frustrating product and app
The app itself is frustrating to use as you have to keep logging in on your phone. The product itself is very flaky with the plugs often losing Wi-Fi connectivity given up in the end and bought an alternative product which works hugely better.

Doesn’t work
I was gifted 2 of the noir outdoor cameras but I’ve been trying for days to get them to connect to my 2.4g WiFi but I get connection failed every time. Trashhhhhhhh
Split screen doesn’t work
We have twins so split screen needs to work. But it doesn’t. On the main menu when you have previews of the 2 cameras, they don’t update unless you click on them, they aren’t live. When choosing split screen on the ipad the app disappears behind the home screen. Individually though they are good cameras. Easier to operate through their app rather than Google Home though unfortunately.

App has no sound after update
After most recent update I could no longer hear sound from app. My child could hear me from the camera itself. Please fix this

Leider muss ich feststellen dass vermehrt die Verbindung zu den ungünstigen Zeiten abbricht. Die neuste Version ist auf dem Gerät installiert und das WLAN ist auch sehr stabil zuhause! Bitte um fix
Ok, but does after a year and a half.
The Nooie video doorbell worked as expected for about a year and a half. Until one day it stopped recording and saving videos. I tried various methods, regardless of new SD cards, rebooting, setting it up from scratch, reconnecting to the WiFi, nothing worked. WORSE yet, I contacted customer “support “ and they dragged their feet for weeks. They would send one question per email to troubleshoot but hoping I would go away. So I did. I purchased a competitor’s product and informed everyone I know on our condo board of directors that I’m on and I will be announcing this at our annual meeting. Including Amazon reviews and.
Lastly, don’t waste your time attempting to “chat” with customer “support “, three attempts and nobody ever responded. Shameful!

Plugs don’t work anymore.
Nooie has stopped supporting their WiFi plugs, they aren’t even listed in their app anymore so I can pair them up again after not using them for a while. I just bought them 3 years ago and some are still operating but if they lose their connection and they don’t hook up automatically they are now trash. I was thinking about getting one of their cameras but I don’t have confidence in product support from Nooie.
