Doesn’t monitor movement anymore
I’ve used this app for 4 years now and it has gone more and more downhill each year. Lately it never connects and you have to jump through so many hoops just to get a feed and now it stopped recording motion and giving motion alerts. So disappointing because I’ve recommended vtech monitors to other parents.

No llegan las notificaciones de movimiento y sonido a mi celular se supone que el punto es tener un monitor con la función de que los puedas monitorear con el celular es saber cuando se despiertan o están llorando y jamás llegan las notificaciones 😒
Great but app not working with wifi or 4/5G
Both cameras have been great and it’s coming up to two years but now I’m having problems with the app on my phone because of problems with the wifi in the home. I can see the babies on the screen on the actual monitor but not on the app whether I’m trying to use the wifi or 4/5G.
How do I fix this problem as really don’t want to have to buy two new and different monitors/devices.

No me deja vincular a mi celular las camaras, no sirven los qr, ya reinicie todo, no sirve
