App Crashes

The crashes every single time I successfully connect Wyatt to the app on my phone (I do get the “connection successful” message. As soon as it connects and I then click My Library, the apps crashes and then I reopen it and get a message then that says “unable to connect” so I have to go through the connection process all over again, connects, then crashes and dis-connects. A vicious cycle that doesn’t end. Does this mean the app needs an update??

Grrrrr

I am so angry. I bought this product for the ability to record. The app/WiFi connection do not work properly. Great idea but horrible execution. Now I need to find something else.

Will Not Connect

This app is useless. It does not actually connect to the whale. The error keeps popping up and the only troubleshooting suggestions are to make sure it’s on and you’re in range. I’ve disconnected and reconnected several times. Completely defective.

Only worth one, but I’ll give it two....

The only reason I’m giving this two stars is Bc my son loves the voice of the storyteller and has put him back to sleep and calmed when nothing else would *sometimes*. My aunt got this as a baby shower gift for me and I was excited I could download stories and access from my iPhone. But it never has connected. I tried shutting it off, taking the power cord in and out, it doesn’t even pop up. It’s a joke. The “WiFi” button lights up, but it’s basically all show. After such horrible reviews you’d think that by now and with technology and the brand name that it would be resolved. Haha, jokes on us. I bought another projector, noise machine from Target. I still use the stories sometimes, though I know them by heart now because it cycles through the same ones. Waste of money.
