Was happy at first, however app crashes or doesnt respond 50% of the time which makes the camera unuseable if the monitor is not readily available.

Poor image and customer service
Suddenly my camera is very blurry and is getting worse. I have tried to reach out to Hubble for support but there has been no response and only AI support which was not helpful or resolve the situation. The camera is only 4 months old
Quality picture but shotty app
We were gifted this monitor at our baby shower and have been using it for about a year and a half now. The picture quality is good and the app has a lot of nice features. However, the app frequently won’t load and often crashes while using it, which is very frustrating. Additionally, our portable monitor will no longer hold a charge and dies even while using it on the charger. Very disappointed.

NEVER stays connected
I’ve had this camera for a little over a year now and this app takes forever loading up the video, IF it’s even connected. It always claims i’m not connected and has to restart but going in and checking on the camera and it is connected green light and everything yet some how i have to restart it ever single time i wanna check it. It’s very laggy and takes 3-4 times to reconnect
