Notifications fail
I like having the app but the biggest perk of having it stopped working. It no longer notifies you if there is sound or motion. I’ve tried everything to get the notifications to work including uninstalling and reinstalling and it only pops up this tiny box while you’re actively watching the feed which completely defeats the point.

Verification email
Recently I’ve been logged out of the app, I cannot log back in as it keeps sending a verification email after I’ve entered my details, but this email never arrives. I’ve checked junk & spam etc, but no matter how many times I attempt it or press resend it never arrives

Great when it works
I have a B monitor that has a standalone Parent unit with a screen and app access. The Parent unit rarely has issues unless the cameras themselves disconnect for some reason. The app however, has not worked in a week or two. The Parent unit is working just fine, so it is an app issue and there does not seem to be any actual resolution when this happens

Mobile app keeps losing camera
Regularly makes you re-add the camera. You need to be next to the camera or parent unit to do so. Why? What is the point in a mobile app if you have to be within sight of the hardware? Infuriating, inconvenient, and if it happens when you’ve left baby with a sitter it’s downright stressful because you can’t check in!

No longer works
App worked great for about 2 years then you’d have to go to the account screen then back to the camera screen for it to work. Now it won’t work at all says can’t load account
Sucks
Started out great. It was nice to be able to see my app when my husband was home and I was working. Then all the sudden app stopped giving notifications. Tried to reset the app, the camera. All the things definitely will be looking for something else with our next baby.

Could have really used some of the recordings off off here! They often fail if it wasn't recent.
Doesn’t monitor movement anymore
I’ve used this app for 4 years now and it has gone more and more downhill each year. Lately it never connects and you have to jump through so many hoops just to get a feed and now it stopped recording motion and giving motion alerts. So disappointing because I’ve recommended vtech monitors to other parents.

Great but app not working with wifi or 4/5G
Both cameras have been great and it’s coming up to two years but now I’m having problems with the app on my phone because of problems with the wifi in the home. I can see the babies on the screen on the actual monitor but not on the app whether I’m trying to use the wifi or 4/5G.
How do I fix this problem as really don’t want to have to buy two new and different monitors/devices.

Not the best
I like this app and how it has milestones and things like that but when I look at the video footage that it captures if I watch one video it won’t let me replay that video or watch any other videos for a while.
Constant issues
First it would lose all data if you force closed the app and you had to re pair the baby monitor. Now I get notifications from the monitor but it says it’s offline when I go into the app. Super glitchy. If it worked well it would be a decent app.
App is great. Actual monitor could be better.
Great size, works well, relatively easy setup. However, the battery in the monitor bulged with our second baby and we had to replace it within four years. Wish there was an easier solution than purchasing another monitor from eBay and changing the battery out after the new monitor wouldn’t connect.
Flaky and untrustworthy
Great when it works but the pairing doesn’t last more than a day on iOS. Constantly have to scan the QR code on the monitor because it always loses connection. Very frustrating, can’t be trusted. Been over two years now without a fix. Expensive tech that doesn’t work. Wouldn’t buy again.
Laggy
Video incredibly laggy since iOS update. Closing and reopening app constantly just to see my baby.
Going down hill
I've used this app in my son's room for a year and a half no problem. Out of nowhere I'm consistently having to re-connect to the camera.
