I DO NOT RECOMMEND.
They won’t let me withdraw my money. When I do it says my identification is not correct. That’s fine maybe I did a typo it happens. But no they won’t let me correct it. All they say is contact customer support I did. TEN TIMES. It’s been a month No response.

Bad app design
Open the app glitch so hard can’t do anything right now, all because of some updated terms and service but you can’t even agree and move on

I linked my bank 3x and I still can’t do any recurring auto deposit.
Unresponsive to requests
I asked them about 1099-INT. For tax filing but they never replied or provided the document. I am withdrawing everything due to poor record keeping on their part.

While there were some glitches here and there, the support team is communicative and helpful plus the savings yields have been quite nice

I deposited funds into this account on 02/14/26 and for over a week the transaction said “pending”. The app says that transactions can take up to 5 business days, so I even gave an extra couple days grace. As of now the money has completely disappeared. I emailed the support team, no response. I contacted them through social media, no response. It’s as if the funds I deposited never existed. The money is already gone from my bank. There were so many reviews raving about this app across multiple platforms so I’m not sure why I received such terrible service. I’m convinced now this was a well put together scam. Please beware.

Worst app
This app don’t work other external wallet and this is the second time I lost money and it show the money was sent successfully but when I check blockchain. This app only work with coinbase and not with PayPal, trust wallet, or any other wallet. This app can receive money with a debit card but to test the withdrawal process my money never received in my wallets

Hi Sailor, this app works with most other wallet apps. But per our warnings in the app - you do have to check to make sure you are sending funds to the correct wallet address and make sure that deposits there are supported. Not able to withdraw
I have been using the app for a few months, when I attempted to withdraw, I get this message to contact support. I contact a support sent them an email about a week ago and have not received any response. I’m afraid I might not get be able to get my money back
Super simple and great support.
This was super simple to use and earns WAY more than any bank. And if you have any problems or questions they are super responsive. Highly recommend !!

Nah! Better Returns Elsewhere!
At first this app was good, with nice returns above 6%, but now it’s only a ridiculous 3%. I can get 3.5% just sitting in my savings WITH FDIC insurance. This app is no longer worth it. Not worth going without FDIC insurance. Now, if the returns were up to 6% or more, then it would be, but certainly not at the current low rate(s)!
