I tried to Widraw 5$ amazon gift card. After i cant get any mail or not got anything in my account. And message in contact us than also no one reply. So don’t waste your time on this app
Terrible app
Never got the MULTIPLE gift cards I tried to collect.
No Gift Cards
I redeemed 40,000 points May and 20,000 in June. I checked my junk emails multiple times and sent multiple mails inquiring about the redemption with no follow-up from the app. They took my points but never sent me my gift card link.
Did not receive gift card
I’ve been on this app for almost a year and finally earned enough points to earn a gift card and went to redeem it and nothing ever came to me and I emailed them and they have not responded.
Rewards
I never received my rewards. I submitted this and never got a response back. Waste of time
No reward
I have to give this app a big fat zero. Weeks ago I requested a gift card and have not received it. I have got in touch with someone twice and have not had any response. Great way to do business
Great App
I have been using Noom Vibe for a while now.. one of the greatest features to this app is the meditation. Each evening I turn on a great meditation to end my night.. I also track my healthy habits with this app. Easy to use app and I love opening it every day!

This app is the easiest way to earn gift cards! You get to create a family so that you can claim additional steps. I check in a couple of times to see how I’m doing and to grab my points. Plus who doesn’t want free gift cards in which there are many options! Don’t pass this up!
Losing points and history.
I don’t like that I lost all of my data. Somehow I got logged out and it would not let me log back in to my original account. I had so many points- very frustrating.

Not worth it
So i was using for 2/3 years and went to cash out. I cashed out for a gift card. Never got the email. I emailed them and emailed support. Been 3 weeks no reply. Scammed me

The best app
I love NoomVibe. I feel more in control of stress and sleep now.. you will get paid for your walking , maintaining healthy habits and you can reduce weight as bonus.. that’s the best part. Highly recommended.

This app takes forever to get any rewards, if you ever receive them at all!
Disappointed!
I’ve had this app for over a year & every time I cash in my points for a gift card. I end up waiting a year & a day for it. If they tell you you’ll get it in 5 days, expect to wait over 10 days. If they tell you, you’ll get it in 10 days expect to wait a month! Gift card NEVER comes on time!
Support works well
I like the app does not take up much of you time. The first withdrawal takes a bit long which makes you worry a little.
Silence
I cashed in my points- been over a month now and still haven’t received them. Reached out to customer silence and haven’t heard from them either. Used to love this app but now I don’t think so…

Took me forever to earn a $5 gift card. They ask for your email. Nothing ever came. I tried messaging Customer Support and never heard back. Don’t waste your time
