By far the best app I have used.
I have been using Noom Vibe for 774 days now, and besides getting gift cards it gives me motivation to just move and stay healthy. If I find I'm not going to reach my goal I take a short walk and walking is easy and very good for our bodies. I only wish it would link with my Fitbit so I didn't have to keep my phone on me always. Love this app and have gotten several gift cards.

Major Support Issues
The app is fine until something goes wrong.
I redeemed points for a gift card that never arrived. I submitted multiple support tickets through the official in-app support form and received confirmation emails with ticket numbers.
Weeks later, Noom Vibe told me they had no record of my previous support requests.
I even submitted a new ticket as a test, immediately received another confirmation and ticket number, and they still refused to explain the discrepancy or investigate. Instead, they closed the case.
Eventually I received the gift card, but the support process was frustrating and unreliable. If you’re going to offer rewards, there needs to be a support system customers can actually rely on.

I’ve been using NoomVibe for a few years now, and I really enjoy it. It reminds me everyday of all the healthy things I need to do, and getting points towards gift cards is fun!

На самом деле это работает НО очень часто они не присылают ссылки на купоны чтобы купить карточку на 5 или больше долларов. К примеру, я потратил 48 600 поинтов то есть, это 15 долларов. Но они мне так и не прислали ссылку где я могу забрать эти деньги!!!

Takes forever to get rewards
I like the app and it does work however it takes forever to receive your reward. The last couple of times I had to get a hold of them to send it

I really enjoy this app because it has free different kinds of workouts to choose from. I could also choose that to do with my steps turned into points; I can get a gift card or give my points to a good cause. Love it
Fun But No Support
I had already had success trading in points for an Amazon gift card. I tried doing it again once I earned the appropriate amount. No card was given. Contacted their “support”, and I have received nothing. Would be nice to know someone actually cares about this when people are trying to get a little more out of what they are doing for getting healthier.

I have traded in my points 3 times and have never once received an email for my gift cards.

I love this app. I’m an avid walker 6+ miles a day. This app lets you earn vibes you can cash in for gift cards. Also a very caring community where you can discuss different topics and listen to good advice, ask questions and even do workouts. I’ve been using it for a couple of years and love it!
