مع ان التطبيق يدعم الاسعار بالريال العماني
أولا خصم مبلغ اعلى من المعروض. لا اعلم هل أخذ فرق العملة ام ماذا.
ثانيا بعد انتظار ثلاثة ايام وصلني إشعار بإلغاء عملية الشراء وإعادة المبلغ إلى الحساب
بعد يومين تم إعادة المبلغ ولكنه اقل من المدفوع بشكل مفرط.
لأول وآخر مرة أتعامل مع هذا التطبيق

Subscriptions not integrated with iOS
You can subscribe in the app easily, but to unsubscribe to noon one you cannot find it in the subscriptions of the iOS , you have to look hard in the app to find where to click to manage your subscriptions and cancel from there after they try to keep u in the subscription for 3 screens and questions and options

Poor service
A failed app with poor service; their customer support and technical departments are very weak and unable to resolve registration issues. It makes you wonder how they would handle even bigger problems.

Every time i back to this app i had issue with order , some time I ordered 5 items apps decides to pick 2 and deleted 3 after payment, also very dumb support

The app is useful but recently I noticed they are getting worse with customer service.

Customer service
The app randomly cancelled my order because it needed an ID. No one contacted me to ask for it and it wasn’t a necessary addition on the order. When I contacted support, they simply put copy and pasted answers which they may as well have not used a person for.

تطبيق سيء جدا و يتأخرون دايما و تقولاتهم خايسه من الساعه ١٠ الصبح لين الليل و يتأخرون بكل شي و الاكترونيات ما انصح احد يطلب منها توي طالب شاشه اليوم وما اشتغل فيها النت ولا شي و الريموت معلق نصيحه اه و بنسأل يوم القيامه أنصحكم لا تطلبون منه الاكترونيات و الدعم الفني حقهم شياء جدا جدا جدا مح يتعاون ومحد يرد عليك إلا بالموت نصيحه يا اخوان و السلام عليكم (الي يقرأ مو الشركه )

Noon is good but don’t do these things
Noon is an amazing app but I don’t like buying expensive electronics online because there is always a chance of getting scammed or receiving the wrong, damaged, or fake item. Even if many orders go smoothly, losing hundreds or thousands of dirhams isn’t worth the risk to me. I’d rather buy things like a laptop, phone, PS5, or Nintendo Switch from a physical store where I can see the product, ask questions, and get help more easily if something goes wrong. I only feel comfortable ordering lower-cost items like groceries, snacks, or food online.

I like very much but I don’t like it that it’s very limited like when on a vacation to Canada I couldn’t really do anything with it because of the limited country I hope there will be more countries allowed to you these app

كثير جداً أشتري من مواقع الكترونية و استخدم اكواد الخصم بكل سهولة ما عدا نوون! تشاهد اكواد خصم و بعد ما تختار المنتجات التي تريدها لا تحصل ع الخصم!

Grocery products in noon, they don’t show the ingredients rather it just shows a picture of the nutritional facts which is pretty useless.
No flexibility for what notifications I want to receive. My phone is bombarded with a horrific number of ads that pop up on my screen. No way of stopping them from in app unless you completely turn off notifications on your phone settings.
