Be Careful Ordering Food Through Jahez on Noon
Be careful when ordering food through Jahez on the Noon app. I ordered McDonald’s, and after waiting for more than an hour, the order status changed to “Delivered” even though I never received my food. I paid 129 SAR, and I still haven’t received a refund. This was a very disappointing experience. I hope Noon investigates this issue and improves its customer support so other customers don’t face the same problem.

Not secured application it doesn’t have my card saved yet It started deducting from me 4 dhs in the beginning then it started deducting 29.99 dhs twice a week and im not subscribed to anything and when i left a complain they simply answered Not our mistake!!! Once i deleted the app the deductions stoped. Once i downloaded the app again to search for something i got deduction directly 29.99 !!!!!!!

2 hours to deliver my food
After 2 hours to deliver a food was there waiting be taken I raised a complaint and I already have another app delivered they said will refund, but not refund and they delivered a cold and late food.
The worse app ever! I was using because my credit card is associated to them.
Do not use ! Go for Keeta or Deliveroo ❤️

Poor delivery service
I really am disappointed by this platform. Noon had promised me to deliver my order on june 12nd 2026, but I got nothing as they promise. I wait a whole day but it ends with nothing. A really worst ever.
Don’t trust on noon
I order my food from noon app. They deduct my 44 Dhs. I cancle my order bcz I put wrong location so I cancel my order.they don’t refund me nd don’t deliver my food also on my new location. It’s totally fraud. So don’t order any food from noon.If you want order any food so you order directly from restaurants.

The app needs serious improvement
Noon has been my main app for online shopping for the past two years, and the total value of my orders is probably thousands of riyals. However, the app is extremely frustrating to use.
More than once, I had to cancel an order because of how badly the app works. For example, I try to reorder a Supermall product, and suddenly it changes to Express. Other times, an item arrives broken or defective.
Honestly, the app needs a lot of improvement. However, I’m giving it two stars only because the customer support is good.

Application Goes Unresponsive
Hello team noon, well hope you find this review helpful in improving the application. App is the basic interface for shopping experience with your market place, but over last few months I have been facing this issue that it goes blank all of a sudden and turns unresponsive. If I have added something in the cart, to checkout I cannot proceed because of this issue. Hope you can find out the problem and its solution. Regards
