The app randomly cancelled my order because it needed an ID. No one contacted me to ask for it and it wasn’t a necessary addition on the order. When I contacted support, they simply put copy and pasted answers which they may as well have not used a person for.

Noon is good but don’t do these things
Noon is an amazing app but I don’t like buying expensive electronics online because there is always a chance of getting scammed or receiving the wrong, damaged, or fake item. Even if many orders go smoothly, losing hundreds or thousands of dirhams isn’t worth the risk to me. I’d rather buy things like a laptop, phone, PS5, or Nintendo Switch from a physical store where I can see the product, ask questions, and get help more easily if something goes wrong. I only feel comfortable ordering lower-cost items like groceries, snacks, or food online.

Grocery products in noon, they don’t show the ingredients rather it just shows a picture of the nutritional facts which is pretty useless.
No flexibility for what notifications I want to receive. My phone is bombarded with a horrific number of ads that pop up on my screen. No way of stopping them from in app unless you completely turn off notifications on your phone settings.

I am very happy to use this application. Noon is very responsible.
Don’t waste your time
By far one of the worst food delivery apps in the UAE, multiple times deliveries have been over 2 hours late leaving the food inedible and they refuse to refund the order!
Avoids Customer Feedback and Support
The Noon app intentionally does not allow for feedback about their experience - when deliveries are not completed or drivers refuse to deliver products, there is no way to provide this feedback to Noon or the drivers. It causes reordering and most deliveries requires a person to be present at home even when you have a reception.

Be Careful Ordering Food Through Jahez on Noon
Be careful when ordering food through Jahez on the Noon app. I ordered McDonald’s, and after waiting for more than an hour, the order status changed to “Delivered” even though I never received my food. I paid 129 SAR, and I still haven’t received a refund. This was a very disappointing experience. I hope Noon investigates this issue and improves its customer support so other customers don’t face the same problem.

Not secured application it doesn’t have my card saved yet It started deducting from me 4 dhs in the beginning then it started deducting 29.99 dhs twice a week and im not subscribed to anything and when i left a complain they simply answered Not our mistake!!! Once i deleted the app the deductions stoped. Once i downloaded the app again to search for something i got deduction directly 29.99 !!!!!!!

2 hours to deliver my food
After 2 hours to deliver a food was there waiting be taken I raised a complaint and I already have another app delivered they said will refund, but not refund and they delivered a cold and late food.
The worse app ever! I was using because my credit card is associated to them.
