They lock a bunch of stuff behind an extremely expensive subscription

Pretty worthless

Click Bait

I should have realized that this was a horrible app. They make it look great as it’s free to download but then after the initial Feature screens, it hits you with the price but wait, there’s a 1 week trial. Thanks but no thanks.
Use iOS Notes instead.

Terrible App

The first thing they say is that the app will remind you before charging your card for the subscription. Well that doesn’t happen. Don’t trust this app.

Loving the app

I’m loving g the app so far but I’m having t trouble using all of the features. What are the best ways to use the ai within the app ? Also how do I get it to integrate with my calendar ?

The ADHD app I have been looking for!

So I love this - this is exactly what I need for my brain. I am a 24 yo female that struggles with a lot with organization / forgetfulness / getting overwhelmed by lots of mental to dos / case management. Currently I use google tasks which works but has draw backs. This app takes care of those. I really like that on this app you can add categories for things but still have a “horizon” so you know it’s something to do today. I love that it sends reminders / has due dates / can create routines. I really like the “Task Factory” because I struggle SO MUCH breaking down a big task into more manageable items. Google tasks lacks effective subtasks use so I love that a routine subitem gets added to the Horizon automatically with a due date. Also I really appreciate the task list on my Home Screen. I actually have my phone in “dumb mode” because I get too distracted so having a task list right in the Home Screen is great for my “first see first do” brain. Overall this app is amazing!!! My recommendations for improvements: being able to customize the Home Screen thing would be fun because pretty colors. And maybe being able to integrate or add items to google calendar would be nice. I am getting the subscription to keep it running :) ps- Yall need some adhd programmers???

Asana for my personal life

So glad this came along since my wife and I couldn’t agree on a shared app to help
Coordinate the million activities. NoPlex has literally saved our marriage.

No widgets crazy

Needs widgets so I can be more productive with Smart Stack on home screen

So helpful!!

I am not sure how I stumbled across this app, I am so happy I did. I struggle every day to just keep everything to together and sort of half use a bunch of strategies to stay on course. No plex really puts everything on one place and is built for someone with a brain like mine..

Simple & Stress-Free

I’ve tried a lot of task management apps and NoPlex has stood out. It actually helps me stay organized without feeling overwhelmed. It’s clean, easy to use and has all the essentials—highly recommended!

Great app!

I really enjoy this app…great interface and functionality! This has improved my task management tenfold since I started using it!

Love No-plex

My wife and I use Noplex to keep our family tasks on track. It’s my Asana for my personal life.

Easy to use. Has both essential and unique organizational features.

I’ve struggled with using scheduling and productivity apps before, but this layout is so user-friendly that I haven’t had any issues keeping track of my tasks since I started using it. The Supporter feature has been incredibly helpful on days where prioritization is a challenge. Highly recommended.

Game changer

I was diagnosed later in life with ADHD. This app has helped me with focus and productivity in ways I couldn’t have imagined before. Great user interface and an amazing tool to help me keep on track.

This app is not ADHD friendly

As someone with ADHD, I need task management to be as frictionless as possible. So why in the world did the developers of this app think that requiring 8+ clicks to set up a single task with a due date and reminder is a good idea? There’s also no natural language processing - you have to separately click on due date, reminder, and other functions in order to set them up *for each individual task*.

In a truly ADHD friendly app, reminders would be customizable. (Like phone alarms, you should be able to choose different sounds/visuals for different tasks.) Reminders in this app are actually LESS customizable than in other productivity apps.

This app is attractive but it is actively worse for the population it claims to help than competing apps. A huge disappointment.
