This update introduces two new steps in the individual onboarding process, required under UAE Central Bank regulations: Purpose of Account You will be asked to select the purpose of your Noqodi wallet from a predefined list. This information is required to complete your identity verification and is used to assess your account risk profile in accordance with our AML/CFT obligations. Residential Address You will be asked to confirm your residential address during onboarding. Your address is required for identity verification and compliance purposes under applicable UAE regulatory requirements. These steps are mandatory and must be completed before your account can be activated. If you have any questions, please contact Noqodi Support.

I try to transfer money from my account but its stuck, deducted from my account and not received my wallet then i try to contact them but there is no customer support number and i mailed many times they are not even responding, i will not delete this review until I get my money
