I try to transfer money from my account but its stuck, deducted from my account and not received my wallet then i try to contact them but there is no customer support number and i mailed many times they are not even responding, i will not delete this review until I get my money

First it was talking to long to receive the otp by email so it was failing and after s while a tried again to get error creating user in umc
I tried with different usernames and different emails including gmail, nothing worked so i gave up and uninstalled the app.

Two months and still not open
Nothing works
I’m not able to sign up because the OTP doesn’t work properly and even when I try to send help request, it gives me an error
Wasted my 1 hour just doing kyc
The app while doing kyc,immediately verifying the id scan after front side of scan but did not ask for back side of id. Due to this glitch my verification never completed.
Extremely Buggy
Every single time I try to do anything even login there is a huge. Login stuck white screen, then after I magically am able to login the thing keeps giving me error unauthorized JWT token something. Or outright 401 error and kicks me out of the app. It’s unusable I don’t know who approved this.

Everything is a challenge. Create an account. Log in … support takes weeks to reply and yet no solution.
Extremely Slow, Unusable App – Needs Immediate Fixes
Terrible experience. The app is extremely slow, keeps lagging, and takes ages to load. Signing in is a nightmare even with UAE Pass or EZPass, it often gets stuck and never proceeds. Hard to believe this was developed by a major company like Emaratech. The app has serious performance issues that must be fixed.

Useless App & Service
Dont even know how does UAE finance & regulations authority allow such poor app and service provider to be in a position to tie up with RERA and other other important authorities, charges and every transaction, delays in payments, utter useless application with does not accept login anytime etc… should be taken valid action on this if they even care
