I use it every year in the app is just so fun in love it
I like doing this every Christmas Eve.
I read it four stars, because for some reason, it is stuck in 2D mode, and won’t let me go back to 3-D mode and the button is not even there.
3D Mode Missing on My Tablet
I love the NORAD Santa Tracker app—it’s fun, accurate, and a big part of Christmas Eve magic!
One issue I noticed is that the 3D mode doesn’t appear on my tablet. I understand that 3D might be limited to certain devices, but it would be great if 3D could be supported on more tablets. Even a simple “3D not available on this device” message would help.
Overall, I still love tracking Santa and appreciate all the work the NORAD team does. Thank you for making Christmas Eve so magical!

One problem
I love the app but the 3d button keeps disappearing and I can’t click on it

Sometimes this is a fun useful tool, other times it is very glitchy and by other times I mean most of the time

Once it takes you to the app it just takes you to google and why couldn’t I have I had just went to google so now i wasted my storage on an app that doesn’t work

It is very good but only in December. The rest of the year it has house at all except watching how long it is till Christmas, if you could add a few games for around the rest of the year, that would be great

I LOVE THIS APP
I love this app !! I have a Christmas Eve party with family every year, and we put thin on the computer so me and my cousins know where he is ! One question though, how come u can’t see Santa anymore? On the app, I mean. It only shows that little blue arrow woth the Santa hat and beard. I’m just confused why u can’t see Santa. It might be a bug, or it might be me ! But if it’s actually true, can u fix it? Anyway, merry Christmas ! :3

Pretty good but…
Iv had NORAD for 6 years and dont get me wrong but its amazing for showing kids and seeing their happy faces,the thing is that when the countdown ends it just freezes so i have to er-download the app and it’s not just me, it’s a lot of people.

After the latest update it isn’t working like it won’t let me into the app it just shows the background color pls fix I enjoyed your app while it was working and been using it since I was small

Lately I’ve been witnessing stuff like I can’t log in like I can’t watch the countdown because the screen is blue so please fix this if anyone sees this please I’m on mobile, anyways yes it’s really annoying.
