I have been with nfcu for 40 years. Can't believe that. They have fantastic customer service. They answer the phone, they are friendly, they solve problems, and it's a real person. I have also had numerous car loans through them that have been at better rates than others. I can't say enough about how easy it is to bank with them!! Truly five stars.

All the features of my regular bank but better
Latest version of the app now has easy depositing of checks, internal transfers, external transfers, payment of a NFCU credit card is normal now - honestly can’t think of anything it’s missing! They’ve completely caught up the app to be full featured! So happy
New App
Love it. It’s a new app so you have to work with it a little bit and I’m sure improvements will be made in time. Easy to use and my loan and checking are running smoothly
NOT USER FRIENDLY
Worst financial app I have ever encountered! Completely different from the way I used to manage my account and very difficult to navigate.
